Tube Cutter: high-performance cutting
High-performance, consistent quality with the autofocus cutting head specifically developed for tube processing by BLM GROUP. The tapered design allows you to cut concaved special shaped profiles with accuracy and repeatability.
Maintenance only when needed
Thanks to the sensorized cutting head, the condition of the optics is continuously and automatically monitored to inform the operator when the slide or lens needs maintenance.
Rivet insertion unit
The automatic insertion unit for threaded inserts on workpieces expands the possibilities of the laser cutting system and simplifies production. Inserts from M4 to M12 (depending on the tooling) are taken from a continuous feeding system and applied to the tube with dedicated pliers.

LT6 Applications
Save time and material
Using the dynamic compaction (nesting) function, the LT6 sets the sequence of the parts to be cut along the tube to minimize the end-of-bar scrap, making unloading operations easier and faster.
Quality outside and inside
Avoid needing to clean inside the tube after laser cutting. Activated at any time without having to retool the machine, the tube cleaner device is inserted through a suction probe into the tube and collects waste and fumes generated during processing.

LT6 is Class 1 laser system, built in compliance with the highest safety standards and CE regulations.
The special safety-glass and sealed cutting area provide safe observation of the processing area during operation, while an independent safety system allows you to introduce a new tube section without interrupting production.

When bending a laser-cut part, elongation results in the curved areas that shift the previously made geometries. BLM GROUP Lasertubes and tube bending machines automatically solve these errors by exchanging information on the mechanical characteristics of the tube and making corrections to compensate for elongation.
