Three spindles, zero waste

Precise machining thanks to the three spindles that support the tube during all stages of machining and allow you to machine tubes, beams, and heavy profiles up to 100 kg/m, with optimal clamping based on the thickness, diameter, and type of material to be machined.

In addition, with the “zero scrap” mode, the tail carriage detaches to cut the end of the bar and make the most of the available material.

CO₂ laser cutting

Production changeover: fully automatic

Changes in diameter, thickness and section are all fully automatic. You can switch from one section to another without retooling the machine and without manual intervention.

Not only does this save time, but it also makes it easier for less experienced operators to use, thanks to the intuitive HMI and various automatic features that optimize machine management.
