At Blechexpo 2025, in Hall 1 at booth 1609, BLM GROUP will showcase some of its cutting-edge technological solutions, designed to make a difference in tube and sheet metal processing.

Laser cutting of sheet metal

See the LS7 in action: a laser cutting system for sheet metal equipped with a 20 kW laser source and compact tower automation for loading, unloading and storing the material:

• The compact tower ensures a fast operating cycle, long-term robustness, and easy access to the pallet changer, even with a forklift.

• The loading of raw material and unloading of finished parts take place simultaneously, resulting in significant time savings.

• Sheet metal peeling is reliable and efficient made possible by our patented systems that guarantee the sheets separation in all conditions

Laser cutting and tube bending

See the LT6 in action: the new Lasertube system with a 3D laser cutting head that allows to:

• Create aesthetic tubes couplings: the cutting head can tilt up to 45 degrees, allowing the LT6 to develop supports and joints between two or more tubes with total freedom, even when a high aesthetic finish with minimal weld seam is required.

• Prepare parts for welding: the 3D laser cutting head can create chamfers or semi-chamfers, both in the end and in the body of the tube, facilitating subsequent welding operations.

• Increase productivity: by taking advantage of the high acceleration of the tilting axis of the 3D laser head

See the E-TURN63: right- and left-hand tube bending machine for tubes up to 63 mm in diameter. Designed to:

• Be extremely easy to use and program, thanks to the VGPNext programming software.

• Process large diameter and thick-walled tubes and even create complex geometric shapes for a wide variety of industrial sectors.

• Offer maximum freedom of operation via independent clamps that allow diverse arrays of equipment to be fitted on either side of the head, further reducing production changeover times.
