Tube bending machines for tubes up to 150 mm (6”) in diameter. Configurable for right or left hand bending
The machine can bend multiple radii using stack tooling.
You can choose the bending direction you use the most. Set the machine for right-hand or left-hand bending. You can change the configuration if required.
Up to eight tools can be fitted at the same time. Variable radius tools can be used in any position (from 1 to 8).
The ELECT has different sizes for tubes of diameter up to 150 mm (6.0”).

Bend special shaped tube, not just round, square and rectangle.
Parts will be always perfect and repeatable regardless of the tube shape. The modular die maintains the constant section on the entire bend also for non-round tubes (square, rectangular or sections).

Making repeatable bent profiles is the requirement. Unfortunatley dealing with material variations and poor repeatability is a common issue. The ELECT tube bending machine has special programs which can be selected by the operator to guarantee maximum part repeatability and unique geometric accuracy even for complex parts.
Control the shape even for tight radii. Perfect appearance is guaranteed. No waste of material.Tube bending is always controlled and adapts to material characteristics and spring back. The ELECT has various torque levels available (from 2,000 N to 60,000 N) which can be varied during the entire bend cycle.
This ensures maximum process control to the last bend.
With high-strength materials or stainless steel the machine calculates the behaviour of the part to prevent the formation of unsightly marks caused by slippage at the end of the bend or early wear of the tools. All this is done automatically without the need of an expert operator.
It doesn’t matter if you are bending thousands of parts or just a few prototypes. Now you can make the first part a good part. It used to take great skill and a number of man hours to dial in a bend and minimize wasted material.
Our 60 years of bending expertise has been condensed into the CNC control of the ELECT. Using the B_Tools feature guarantees perfect results regardless of the operator's skills. The first part is always right.
All machine movements are via electric servos. Part bend positions, tooling information, and power parameters are all saved together in the part program. When a job is repeated you simply mount the tools and recall the program. No futher mechanical adjustments are needed. This guarantees quick setup and changeover and provides lot to lot repeatability. It also eliminates the need for a bender set up specialist
All electric operation offers simplified wiring and the elimination of hydraulic components. This reduces the need for routine maintenance and provides more consistant bending. The obvious advantage is that the ELECT is easier to maintain, safer to use and more reliable.
"All-Electric" technology means quiet and clean machines and above all major energy savings.
We have reduced energy consumption with no reduction in bending capacity.
Manual or automatic part loading.
The choice is up to you. The ELECT can be loaded manually. For heavy tubes and multi-ball mandrels there is a special cycle to assist the operator.
If you choose to use an automatic loader you get to choose loading position, left or right, based on your machine configuration.
The VGP3D programming software will manage both the loading and bending operations.
The ELECT can implement a ‘mandrel integrity check’ cycle to guarantee reliable processes and avoid waste and downtime.
Sensors fitted on the machine automatically stop production if problems arise.
This means that processes are always reliable and safe and prevents wasting materials even when the machine is operating unmanned.
All you need to do is pick up the products at the end of the day.
