The target

With the inauguration of its new production facility in San Luis Potosí, the company has embarked on a plan to upgrade its machinery in order to streamline processes and increase production volumes, enabling it to serve a wider range of industrial sectors, such as entertainment, in addition to established sectors such as construction and automotive.

The solution

Thanks to Lasertube machines and sheet metal laser systems, they have been able to drastically reduce cutting times and, at the same time, offer more competitive prices, increasing production volumes. Previously, the various diameters of telescopic scaffolding were cut in about 1 hour, with several staff employed throughout the process. Thanks to LT5.10, they have been able to drastically reduce this time from 1 hour to about 4 minutes.
LT5.10
Entry-level Lasertube for cutting tubes from 12 mm to 120 mm in diameter and weighing up to 13.5 kg/m, with speed and precision thanks to fiber laser technology.
LS7
LS7 is a high-performance laser cutting machine for sheet metal, thanks to the 2g acceleration of the cutting head and pallet change in just 9 seconds.
We opted for a Lasertube LT5.10 to produce telescopic scaffolding. Previously, it took us about an hour just to cut the various diameters, with a lot of staff involved in the whole process. With the LT5.10, we can complete the cutting in less than 4 minutes.
