MEIKO is a major international group with worldwide operations and over 90 years of experience, manufacturing innovative washing, cleaning and disinfecting equipment.

The target

In the production of the latest conveyor dishwashers, some components, such as steam and heating coils or distributors for heating elements, required the welding of curved tube sections with lengths of only a few millimetres.

This was a major disadvantage in terms of cost and production time.

The solution

The production of Meiko has changed since the E-TURN arrived.

Pieces that in the past were formed from individual curved tubes welded together can now be produced from a single piece.

With E-TURN, Meiko was able to drastically reduce its delivery time and win new orders.

E-TURN All-Electric technology guarantees precision, repeatability and zero set-up time. Its ability to bend right- and left-handed in process means being able to produce parts with even extremely complex geometries from a single initial tube, without having to weld several bends together.
