Tapering, flaring, closing, facing, cutting and more. Choose the processes that you need and configure the E-SHAPE tube forming machine. The machine is set up for ten processing stations and may be freely equipped with ram stations, rotary tools or cutting tools. By combining these technologies, you can obtain parts with repeatable end forms, finish and quality. If you want, with the E-SHAPE you can also benefit from automatic consecutive ‘head-tail’ operation to process both ends of the tube.

Being able to work with a rigid, horizontal punch holder table with 10 available punches does not mean working slower. Single punch advancement and variable length strokes can be exploited to optimize the cycle times without trade-offs.
By fitting an orbital cutting device on the E-SHAPE, you can eliminate a secondary cut off operation that would typically require special fixturing to position a bent part for forming.
That is a function you will appreciate day after day.
All our tube shaping and bending machines are born to be integrated in full production processes. A considerable advantage in order to optimize production: to manage in a single operation the entire process and eliminate intermediate steps and processing in other equipment, to simplify logistics and reduce production times.
All electric axis control for all tube forming machine movements (clamping and force control and force modulation) provides accurate tolerances and maximum repeatability.
All setup parameters are saved with the part program.
Simplified wiring and the elimination of hydraulics reduces the maintenance requirements and reduces wear on tube forming components. The obvious advantage is that the machine is safer and more reliable.
