Field Maintenance Technician
Under direct supervision of the Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor, performs preventive maintenance of BLM equipment at the customer sites. Completes necessary procedures as outlined in customer’s maintenance contracts and fulfills related duties. Facilitates timely resolutions to customer issues and/or questions while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Field Service Technician
Under direct supervision of the Service Manager, performs new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair of BLM equipment at the customer site. Facilitates timely resolutions to customer issues and/or questions while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Purchasing Coordinator
Under supervision of Chief Financial Officer, the Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to purchase orders, not limited to but including; creating new orders, updating pricing and quantities, managing due dates, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Technical Trainer Application Specialist
Under minimal supervision of the Training Development and Laser Applications Support Manager, the Technical Trainer and Applications Specialist, conducts internal and/or external training courses for both customers, or BLM Group personnel, and provides direct support to the Laser Applications Support team.
Laser Optics Technician
Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Laser Optics Technician will maintain the day-to-day Optics service operations, including technical administrative and customer relation functions, as well as, assist the Technical Services/Optics Supervisor, Senior Project Manager as needed.

Bender Applications Technician
Under direct supervision of the Applications Manager, the Bender Applications Technician executes bender project requirements, maintains bender department organization, Bender Applications, and bender machine inventory. Participates and assists in the development and execution of a standardized bender training program and conducts preventative maintenance on Solution Center machinery when necessary.
Junior Technical Project Facilitator
Under direct supervision of the Technical Project Facilitator, the Junior Technical Project Facilitator will support the development & management of machine projects for internal and external customers throughout the project life cycle and assist the entire project management team in all technical aspects of project execution.
