LS5 is a high-end, fully automatic, flexible and productive sheet laser cutting system. It is equipped with an IPG fibre laser source of up to 12 kW and a Precitec Zoom 2.0 head. BC80: Designed to be unstoppable
The BC80 is a vertical rotary transfer machine for cutting and chamfering tubes and solid bars. Its functions include fully automatic operation, centralized diameter change adjustments, separate handling of scraps and chips, protections for tubes with delicate surfaces and a simple, user-friendly graphic interface.
The BC80 can produce up to 2200 parts/hour, each one cut to size, chamfered and checked, starting from a tube or full bar.

The ELECT52 is an all-electric tube bender with a freely configurable left or right-handed bending capability and VGP3D graphic visual programming.
With the All-Electric technology, adjustments and bending technology parameters are saved in the software to guarantee repeatability and quick production changes. Furthermore, B_Tools calculates the amount of springback and material elongation during tube bending so that the first piece of every production change is right from the start.
