Plan S.n.c. is a family-owned company employing 60 staff members and certified ISO 9001 and 14001.

The company specializes in producing components for major furniture brands, but over time has expanded their scope to sectors such as agricultural machinery.

The target

To serve different markets, Plan S.n.c. has always focused on flexibility and diversification, directing their investments towards renewing the production process.

The goal was to internally integrate all steps necessary to offer a complete, finished product: cutting and bending systems, three types of automated welding for iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, chrome plating, painting, galvanizing, and even an automatic warehouse.

This way, the company could guarantee its customers reliable delivery times, without outsourcing processes or risking delays in delivery.

The solution

Over time, Plan S.n.c. has acquired a machine park including the technologies needed to transform metal tubes and wire into a finished product.

Thanks to BLM GROUP’s Lasertube technology, Plan S.n.c. made a significant leap, not only in processing speed but also in overall productivity and precision, replacing many operations previously performed on separate machines with a single Lasertube machine.

The all-electric tube benders ELECT and E-TURN and the wire bender E-FLEX provided the reliability and quality necessary to satisfy the most demanding customers in the furniture sector and beyond.

Thanks to the partnership with BLM GROUP, the company was able to develop special bending equipment to tackle projects with particularly complex geometries.

The quality achieved also convinced the most skeptical customers: other suppliers had tried unsuccessfully, while Plan S.n.c. succeeded in completing the order.

The introduction of LT FIBER EVO made it possible to replace the numerous machines previously required with a single Lasertube technology. Furthermore, thanks to the extensive library of parametric joints in the ArTube Lasertube programming software, Plan S.n.c. can develop an extremely wide variety of joints and connections for any furniture element very quickly.
