Working from coil with a mandrel on a single system makes it possible to produce very tight bends, with a reduced ratio between the centerline radius and the tube diameter, while eliminating the length limitations typical of dedicated machines or production cells. This significantly reduces the number of welds, with the associated critical points, resulting in a leaner and more efficient production process, while consistently maintaining the highest bend quality.
