In order to get the best from your Lasertube, you need the best
software solution on the market.
Therefore we have developed Artube, the only integrated
environment CAD/CAM , purpose-designed for the complex laser
cutting of tubes, sections, open profiles etc. of all shapes and
sizes.
To be guided by Artube gives you control of the whole process,
from the imagined to the realization of the final component,
according to parameters automatically selected by the software on
"best-practice" criteria or chosen by yourself, should you so
wish.
Choose the section to be worked from the predefined library, or if
it's a non-standard section you can draw it yourself and add it to
the library.
Define intuitively the required cut features, again selecting from
a predefined library, then allow Artube to select the fastest and
most practical parameters and route to produce the component.
If the components are already drawn in another CAD environment,
you simply import the 3D file models (IGES, STEP, XT) and go
directly to the creation of machine programs (CAM), without any
further drawing.
During each programming stage, the component is graphically
visualized in a realistic way, displaying a 3D image with the step
by step program changes giving an immediate the depiction of the
component.
You do not need specific knowledge to use Artube, it is very easy
to learn and use.
The modular structure of Artube allows it's users to add
additional modules to the initial basic module if and when their
work demands it.
For instance there is cut-and-fold module which automatically
defines the joints and coupling process to produce a tubular frame
out of a single piece of tube.
Numerous other modules have been developed, and continue to be
developed, to meet specific market needs and/or simplify the
management of the most complex processes.
Artube is an integral part of the BLM GROUP laser products.
