The position reports to:

BLM GROUP wants to expand the network of Area Sales Managers, in order to increase the Global presence

Responsibilities and activities:

  • Enhance BLM GROUP presence in foreign countries;
  • promote BLM GROUP Products worldwide;
  • strengthen BLM GROUP commercial goals and policy;
  • support the products development, identifying customers and market needs, and sharing them with the Headquarter (Direction, R&D, Service, Operations managers);
  • take care of Customer satisfaction.

Basic requirements:

  • We are looking for candidates with significant professional background, gained within industrial companies working in the market of industrial assets
  • Technical knowledge focused on mechatronics
  • Experience (min 3 years) in Sales and / or Customer Service of high-technological industrial assets
  • Sales attitudes and competences: Customer-oriented culture, remaining Business focused
  • Attitude towards people: open-minded, communicative, adaptable
  • Personal attitudes: enthusiasm, self-control, positive energyItalian + English + Spanish: very good level of competences (speaking, writing, listening at B2/C1 level of the EU classification)
  • Available to travel (about 2-3 weeks per month – 60% per year)

Preferred requirements:

  • Other relevant foreign languages, if known at professional level (B2/C1)
  • Technical experience in Machine Design or Industrial processes management
  • Academic Degree focused on mechatronics
