LT COMBO is a completely automatic CNC laser system for cutting
round, square, rectangular tubes and open profiles and that it's
able as well to work efficiently sheet metal.
Thanks to the machine concept, the change-over from steel sheet to
pipe and viceversa does not require re-tooling and / or
configuration changing.
This CNC laser cutting machine is equipped with two motorized
chucks which are able to work the entire bar without any final
scraps because the cutting head can work both ends of the tube
(working full bar).
The machine is available with solutions for loading and unloading
bars from 6500 mm up to 12500 mm long.
The chucks move and orient the tube along the working cutting line
but they remain still during the laser processing with the ability
of the cutting head to move independently. This architecture
excludes the sliding of the tube on shaped vertical supports,
eliminating the risk that the most delicate surfaces can be damaged
by friction upon the drive organ transmission.
The loading and the processing of sheet metal are fully
automatic and allow (like the tube) the working machine without
operators job. The pallet change sizes can be up to 3000x9000 mm
(optional) - (std. 3000x1500 mm),
Equipped with laser sources from 2 kW to 4.5 kW and equipped with
a complete technologic database for both modes of working
represents a good alternative to a double investment, when customer
needs productivity and flexibility of use.
The system also offers:
- A storage / handling sheet device that increases the productivity of the system (optional).
- A processing control device for optimizing, speeding up and monitoring the cutting process. During the drilling it takes the control of the laser source in order to obtain the best choice between quality and time spent drilling the hole.
- Multi-column warehouse for storing bundles of sheet metal with single or double tower (optional).
