Tube Inspector is a non-touch measuring system for 100% in-line
inspection and control of formed tubes. It can be fully integrated
in automatic manufacturing processes according to the operations to
be made (end-forming or bending). All measures, stored and
statistically analysed, generate a report of the manufacturing
process including Cp and CpK values as well.
Tube Inspector is equipped with a proprietary dedicated software
designed to inspect tubes with an accuracy of ±0,01mm. Components
that are out of the required tolerance are automatically ejected.
Easy and user friendly programming does not require skilled
personnel.
By this way parts compliance is guaranteed without requiring
expensive traditional jigs.
Tube Inspector is available in three versions:
- TBINSP 20 - Measuring range: 25 x 34 mm
- TBINSP 40 - Measuring range: 44 x 60 mm
- TBINSP 90 - Measuring range: 100 x 136 mm
