VGP3D – 3D Graphic Programming
With VGP3D, operators can:
- generate a single machine program simply by entering geometric part data only
- automatically simulate part feasibility, eliminating the risk of collisions which typically occur during the first practical test run
- change the running sequence directly in simulation mode (and not using the machine hand wheel)
- calculate the real cycle time in advance
- calculate the overall production time for estimating and planning production.
Simple, fast and visual, most of the skills and experience needed to optimise wire bending machine use are incorporated in VGP3D, meaning that the machine operator may be less expert.
VGP3D can be installed on the machine or off-line.
All setup parameters are saved with the current part program. This means fast setup and, above all, position repeatability: no special expert re-tooling knowledge is required signifying that the machine does not need to be operated by a specialist.
This also guarantees repeatability and constant accuracy over time.
Get the part right from the start
The machine automatically and safely corrects the program by searching for prior bending jobs in its database to get the part right from the start.
This eliminates the need for manual adjustments which were once indispensible to obtain the required result.
Reduced maintenance costs
Features include no electric-hydraulic components, remote and/or video servicing functions and easy troubleshooting with simplified electric components and wiring.

It drastically reduces noise and hydraulic oil and minimises energy consumption.
The E-FLEX is the new automatic single-head, all-electric, CNC wire bending machine.
Equipped with two clockwise and anticlockwise bending turrets, it is perfect for 3D bending and allows multiple bending technologies to be performed on the same part within the same cycle. Coil feeding ensures fully automatic operation.
The part is straightened out by a REVOLVER which provides a plurality of straightening units of various size and type which are always ready for use and preset to guarantee bending repeatability.
Chamfers can be added for perfect, burr-free cuts.
According to the fitted bending equipment and the required bend type, the machine can implemented various bending processing by exploiting its two turrets.
The cutting device is managed by an axis. Programming direction and stroke can be programmed to guarantee excellent appearance and closed part overlap.
3D visual graphic programming (VGP3D) and constant visual monitoring of the machining zone by means of cameras make the machine easy, comfortable and safe to use.
E-FLEX is particularly suited to machine parts with:
- very complex shapes with three-dimensional development
- parts with short developments
- parts using different bending technologies
