Heating systems components manufacturing cell
This completely automatic manufacturing cell is designed to produce tubular components and elements for heating systems starting from coil, without operator's intervention. Operations include: de-coiling (for O.D. 12 to 35 mm), straightening, end forming and length cut, unloading.
The benefits of automatic coil feeding, material scrap savings, and the ability to produce short pieces turn into a substantial cost reduction.
Different tube lengths can be programmed and associated with standard or special un-loaders. The cell can also be re-designed to be exploited as stand alone single machines. |
