The first aim of this choice was to make BLM GROUP known in an area where it was known already, but too far and not too deep-rooted in the territory. From the beginning, we tried to establish relations based on that credibility and confidence, which customers recognize when they can deal with the manufacturer directly, without intermediaries, and with engineers aiming at customer’ satisfaction making their machines work good. The second office was established in December 2004 in Port Elizabeth, being this town the heart of manufacturing invests, and to consolidate and extend the excellent service to customers;who nowadays consider BLM GROUP SA as a partner with a state-of-the-art technology, able to offer complete and innovative solutions as well as a skilled and timely after-sale service.
