We are able to give real-time support with Teleservice and provide our customers with immediate help, visualising the condition of the machine and all process data online. The operator can solve problems from a distance in exactly the same way as if he were next to the machine. All this is achieved with a simple modem telephone connection. All BLM CNC machines are provided with tele-assistance.
